LearnCare is an AI study assistant for CBSE students in Classes 1–10. This policy explains what the app does and does not collect.
LearnCare does not ask you to sign up, and does not collect your name, email address, phone number, photographs, contacts, or location. Access is via a class code provided by your school or guardian.
Your chapter progress, bookmarks, chosen language and voice preference are stored locally on your device only. They are not uploaded to us. You can erase them at any time from Profile → Clear my learning data, or by deleting the app.
When you ask a question or request a lesson, quiz, or spoken answer, the text of that request is sent to our server and on to the AI services that generate the response:
These requests contain only your question, the chapter you are studying, and your class level. They are not linked to a personal identity. Conversations are stored on our server so the tutor can follow the thread of a discussion, and are used only to operate the app.
LearnCare is intended for school study. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. There is no advertising, no third-party analytics or tracking, no in-app purchases, and no social features or user-to-user messaging in the app.
Traffic between the app and our server uses HTTPS. Our credentials and database are not publicly accessible.
Answers are generated by AI and may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect. LearnCare is a study aid and is not a substitute for your textbook or your teacher.
